Josh Arcadia excepted a down payment for website project and never provided the services and will not return the down payment. He is very unprofessional and the worst person I have ever deal with.

Do not give this man any money for any website project in advance.. He will steal your money.. He is a thief and con man.. Stay far away!!!!
