We purchased a new above ground pool with installation included in 2/02 for $5700.00.

Josh Baldwin and his crew had a hard time installing the pool. It actually took him at least 3 attempts to get it installed.

It turns out that the pool is defective and that's why it was so hard to put up.

We have attempted for 2 summers know to have it replace/fixed. This has included emptying and refilling pool a number of times.

Josh told us that he would be here May 5, 6, or 7, 2004 to fix it. He never showed up.

We send a letter giving him 10 days to contact us. He never has.

Small claims court will not meet our cost involved. The limit is $3000.00.

How do we get our pool fixed/repaired.
