Complaint Review: Josh Lampp

I hired Josh Lampp and his team at Athena Digital to help grow my Amazon business by connecting us with wholesale suppliers and managing product listings. Unfortunately, the supplier they recommended, along with the software setup they implemented, led to my Amazon account being suspended for listing restricted products.

Josh and his team did attempt to appeal the suspension, but their efforts were unsuccessful. This resulted in significant financial losses, including over $20,000 in stranded inventory. Despite these issues, no refund or compensation was offered. Based on my experience, I felt that my business did not receive the necessary attention to detail and priority that I had expected. Please consider carefully before using their services.
