Josh Mays continues to try and rip me off for $850 dollars from me.  I sold his wife a kitten (not Josh Mays nor his Mother-in-Law).  They stated that the kitten died, but they have not supplied me with any vet paperwork, but yet his Mother-in-law told everyone on ripoff.com that if they wanted paperwork to call.  His Mother-in-Law also tried to blackmail me on ripoff.com by stating that if I send them $850 dollars (cost of kitten) although I have already replaced the kitten that she would sing my praises on ripoff.com.  In my opinion, this is pure and simple blackmail---his Mother-in-law states that is is not blackmail so I will let the general public who reads this report take from that statement what they may.

They supplied no autopsy report as required from the contract that Holly Mays read and signed.  Althought I have no proof that the kitten actually died, I was extremely nice and gave them a FREE kitten and then when they took that kitten home, they state that the second kitten died---still no vet paperwork for the first kitten or the second kitten, no autopsy report and no vet reports or no vet bills to prove that the first or second kitten died.  How do I know if the kitten really died and if the kitten really did die, then the kitten could have gotten a hold of chocolate from the very small children, could have gotten hold of plants, could have gotten outside or a number of things could have happened.  When breeders send home a precious kitten, we can only pray that the the consumer will take care of the kitten.  We can also only pray that the consumer will follow the contract that they signed.

When Josh Mays was not happy by me dealing with his wife who actually signed the contract and purchased the kitten from me, then he not only sends me ugly emails that I have copies of; he also sends BBB (Better Business Bureau) a letter stating resolution of $850 dollars although the kitten has been replaced, but yet his wife Holly signed the contract that states "No Refunds" and that it is required to have an autopsy performed to prove the death of the kitten.  I have no idea if the kitten even died and definitely do not know what the kitten died from since they refused to get an autopsy done on either kitten.

While I have had absolutely no dealings whatsoever with Josh concerning his insurance company (Farmers Insurance Company), I would not personally purchase insurance from Josh Mays just from the sheer the fact of the content in his emails and also because he does not allow his wife to follow any contract information that he signed.  Josh Mays and also his Mother-in-law do most of the talking for Holly.  I do have a lot of text from Holly and feel that Holly and I could have worked everything out.  Holly stated in a text, which I have that "it sucked being put in the middle".  Holly also stated that "some things were better to not accept money from when she accepted money from her Mother-in-law as a gift for the kitten---this may not be the exact wording, but I have the text from Holly that can be forwarded.  Even with purchasing any type of insurance, there are certain things with the Agent and the buyer that has to take place.  I wold want to be first and foremost comfortable with my Agent and kow that they would follow a contract.  Also, the buyer has to have faith in the Agent to purchase the insurance and I personally would not have faith in purchasing any type of insurance from Josh Mays.

It is all right with me that Josh Mays does not want another kitten from me since they have claimed that two kittens have died and they have provided me with no vet proof whatsoever and no autopsy reports to prove what the kitten died from.  I have no vet bills, no autopsy performed as to if the kitten really died.  I would never allow one of my most precious and beautiful Ragdoll babies to go into a home to where the kitten could end up dead (again).  Evidently, there is something going on about the kittens.  I can honestly understand one kitten dying because they are an animal and things can happen, which is why a contract is put in place to protect the Breeder and the Buyer.  Of course, Josh Mays took a replacement kitten then wants to rip me off for $850 dollars.

Breeders need to be totally aware of these customers if they have any intention of selling a kitten to them.  They will supply you with no vet reports, they will have no autopsy report done nor are they willing to following any contract that they sign.

I have responded to the BBB Report.  I have replaced the kitten, but Josh Mays who did not even purchase nor sign the contract is trying to rip me off for money that is not due to him in my opinion.  I could have sold the replacement kitten for money so that is money that has been taken out of my pocket.  Josh actually received replacement kitten and wants the $850 replaced so double his money for purchasing a kitten from me.  Unless you want this customer to be vindictive to you, try to rip you off of your precious kittens and money; it is my personal opinion to be careful and not sell to someone such as this customer.

Should anyone have questions, please feel free to call me if you would like to see the contract that was signed between Holly Mays and myself.  I cannot show you any vet reports, no vet bills nor any autopsy report since none have been given to me.  I guess they think that I am just suppose to trust them with their statements and not have any paperwork supplied to me as a breeder.

Like I said, there is something going on when two kittens die.  I can totally understand one kitten, but I do not and will not understand two kittens supposedly dying.
