We gave Joshua very clear instructions on what we needed. He boasted of his experience and ability to get us a good price. After 9 months he has yet to find us anything despite us increasing our price range by up to $200,000. Furthermore, he charged us an initial fee of $15,000, which we never got back and are still chasing up.
Steer clear of him. We now have to take him to court to get our monies back.
