Complaint Review: JOSH'S USED TIRE & WHEELS

      I have alot to say about my first time experience in this place. Please, just bare with it and take 5 minutes to read this.
       I usually google business reviews first before I do business with anyone. Well, today I forgot my personal phone and had to call 411 from my work phone.
       I called and I spoke with Richard to find out if this business had a used 205 / 55 / r16 tire in stock. Richard said they had it in stock and then I asked him how much it was. He told me 40 or 45 bux depending how much tread was on the tire.
       I went to the shop, talked with Richard and waited for about 30 minutes before they got to my car. Richard asked me to come to the counter and pay the bill. When everything was all said and done the bill was 70 bux.
       I expressed to him thats not right, you need to be upfront and tell the customer the price of everything before anywork is started or even before charging the customer. I had also explained to him that I could have spent another 10 to 30 bux and gotten a " Brand new tire, out of the box with paperwork and a REAL warranty " from another store, especially if I was already going to be paying that much for a USED tire. Richard then shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
       I brought to his attention that he never showed me a selection of tires to choose from especially since he told me on the phone " We have a bunch of those in stock ". 
       I then went outside to watch them put my tire on the vehicle. The tech that was tasked with this job couldnt even do this properly. I watched him take a floor jack and roll it over to my car, and then he forced it to go under my body kit on my car. He then proceeded to jack the car up and I can see my body kit starting to bow out and seperate from the rest of the car. 
           I then told the tech " No! No! No! STOP !!! He looked at me and I told him to stop what hes doing Ive seen enough. Take the tire off and keep it. Put my donut back on, give me my money back and ill go somewhere else.
       I went back in and told Richard I WANT MY MONEY BACK !! He then said we dont give money back we only give store credit. I then said to him why am I going to get store credit if Im never coming back and doing business here again? He then said thats your choice, I said excuse me ? Your right it is my choice like it was my choice to come here and spend my money. 
       There was a mexican guy that was at the counter that looked like the owner or something, he was trying to sell a lady brand new tires for her suburban when all she wanted was a patch on one tire. This guy turns to me and starts swearing at me. I suggested to him to change the tone of his voice and his language. He then got madder. I mentioned to him my concerns and what I witnessed and I want my money back. He refused and laughed at my request.
       He then said " Oh it looks like your vehicle is done, get out of here. " I turned around and looked out the front door and my car was backed in. I went out to inspect it and this PUNK followed me out there. He put his hand on my shoulder and I told him to get ur " F-ing " hand off of me, you touch me again and were going to have serious problems " He then took his hand off and said " Im glad you are not coming back and not doing business with us here ".  I told him he was a thief and a snake.
        I also expressed to him that I am a business owner. If my employees ever treated a customer like I have been treated or disregard the customers property because the tech dosent own it, that person would no longer have a job. I guess he would probably come here looking for a job and you would hire them.  Word of mouth will make you or break you. People hear the bad more often then the good. After checking the BBB website this company has a " F " rating. If you google this shops name you will see all kinds of negative reviews. Stay Away !!!!

  ******While the tech was jacking up my car there was a Jeep CJ 7 getting tires as well. The tech that was working on my car hit the jeeps left front fender with the metal pole of the jack several times. The techs working on the Jeep were trying to take off a customers lug nuts using a hammer, pry bar, a socket, and an air wrench. I should have left then after seeing all this. ******
*******While waiting on my car another customer came in with a " warranty " issue for a bubble in the tire and they tried to fight the customer on it not being their fault or its not under warranty. The customer said something in a pissed off tone to a mexican guy there, a few minutes later that customer left *********
