Joshua M. Drechsel,Esq Brumbelow Drechel Law Group, P.A. Files Fradulent Civil Cases St. Petersburg, Florida
This attorney is the best attorney if you are interested in filing a case that has no merit or cause and you dont even need to have a legal name or prove your identity when he has his employed Notary to notarize said " Jane Doe", yep notarized this person as Jane Doe when in fact the complaining person name is Robyn P. Stetler and the notary is Samantha Miller. Beware people beware!!!
This ambulance chaser has to use the State of Florida Seal and a Assistant States Attorney Badge picture on his advertisement of his practice to "make" himself look good. Not sure how the State of Florida would like this misrepresentation of their State. Or using their State identifications to impress himself, yes he DID work for the States Attorney office but he is in private practice, to me this is false implication and improper use of property of the State of Florida.
So what we have here is member of the "good ole boys club" who flies under the radar using the State of Florida property to bolster himself, uses notarized false identity, seeks civil action with no standing and attempted to get a summary judgement against a defendant without the defendant even being present.

And so far, I'd hire him right away. Sounds like the guy you want on your side, instead of the *other* guy's side, as you have discovered.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter is a dual purpose document, one to clarify a question and to also report what I believe to be a dishonest notary working in St. Petersburg, Florida and believed to be insured by you according to the stamp that this notary used.
The notary in question is Samantha Miller. Commission number DD 723445 (expired 10-9-2011). It appears that Samantha Miller is employed at the office of Brumbelow Dreschsel Law Group, P.A. 8601 4th Street N. # 104 St. Petersburg, Florida 33702.
It appears in many information sites I have encountered regarding General Recommended Procedures of a notary is to properly identify the signer of a document by state ID, personally known, passport, or some type of sufficient identification. I believe/know that Samantha Miller did in fact notarized a document of a Jane Doe, whom does not exist. Therefore there was not proper identification and can not be personally known as of said Jane Doe. I believe this is Fraudulent use of a Public Official and out of Samantha Millers scope of practice as a Notary Public in the State of Florida. This document was then forwarded to me via the U.S. Postal Service, which constitutes mail fraud.

Really!!!! How about trying to rip off lots of money with fraudulent civil action produced via fraudulent documents, and Judges making rulings when there are pleadings on docket to recuse said Judge. This is a sleazy attorney using fraudulent drawn documents and using a Notary to verify a Jane Doe. There is so much rip off here its deplorable.

Unless there are more details you are not sharing, it sounds like the guy whipped your a$$ in court, which would make him a GREAT lawyer to hire, i.e. the exact opposite of a ripoff.
