Complaint Review: Joshua Way MrMufflerSnowservice

We at the Cleveland Better Business Bureau have received many disturbing complaints about Joshua Way's Mr Muffler business practices. We therefore hired an undercover local consumer to patronize his establishment. Our consumer acted like the muffler was sounding bad on his newer 2010 Cadillac Escalade, at which time Mr Way concluded that the muffler and catalytic convertor needed replaced. He charged the client $712.83 for the repairs. After a 45 minute wait, the consumer returned and paid with a cc, the consumer then brought the vehicle directly back to us for inspection. It was very sad to see that the vehicle still had the original muffler and converter with absolutely no repairs at all. Therefore we have had to unfortunately derate his BBB listing to an F-.

All beware, stay away from this unscrupulous person that treats people of color inappropriately.
