Joshua Wexler, Threshold Animation Studios Hollywood weasel won't pay bill! Santa Monica California
I created the logo branding for this animation studios production 'FoodFight!' and created supporting marketing material for a style guide. The animation studio owes me $5,000 and it is now over three months past the due date.
The head weasel 'Joshua Wexler' has flat out lied to me at least five times saying he just put dropped it in the FedEx box and then the date comes and goes and no package then claims FedEx must have lost it. He says he'll send payment by a certain date and nothing happens.
I can only judge this man based on his apparent character and actions and what they clearly tell me is he is a uber weasel, compulsive liar. Maybe those are attributed needed to work in Hollywood?
Since he has not paid for the work he will not get the rights to use it. Until I am fully compensated for the work and the lost revenue due to the fact I had to hire a collection agency to go after him and his company I'll retain full rights to the work until I am completley paid back in full.
Avoid this doofus at all costs.

Just don't trust 'em!
Show business folk are just one step above traveling carnival folk.
Would you loan a $100 to a carny?....I think not. You know he'll be gone in week.
Circus midgets cannot be trusted either but that's a whole other story.
Show business is full of weasels & shysters that are here today & gone tomorrow and some are VERY talented at saying whatever they need to say to get what they want.
Would you loan your car to the guy that sweeps up elephant poo at the circus? I think not.
You see, your other problem here is you have been prioritized by this guy as having the least impact on him if he does not pay you. What I am getting at is, if you lived in LA, then there is more of a chance of being pulled into small claims court for this. But you are not in LA. In fact, you are a long ways away from LA. Your ability to file a small claim or even knocking on his office door & shaking your fist at him is hampered by distance & he knows that.
The best that you can hope for is that when that stupid flop of a movie called Foodfight! (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0249516/) finally does start showing in some part of the world, and that it makes some small amount of money, and that some part of the bankrupt assets of Threshold Entertainment will be divested to you by the courts.
Meanwhile, weasel boy....I mean Wexler boy starts a new project & invents a new production company name & leaves the the creditors squeezing an empty husk for their money.
Show business folk, you can't trust 'em.
