Josiah Pepito (Josh) is a wedding videographer who took the contract to create our wedding videos back in February of 2008.  We paid him $3400.00 in full prior to our wedding date of 7/4/2008 and he has yet to provide us with our wedding videos from our 3-day wedding events (7/3, 7/4, and 7/6/2008).

He also did not fulfill his contract by not showing up on our wedding day of 7/4/2008 and instead sent one of his friends/relatives to video tape the footage.  He was expected to give us 3 wedding video DVDs (one DVD per day of events - prewedding event 7/3, wedding 7/4, and post-wedding reception 7/6/2008).

We have called, emailed and given him multiple extensions but he stopped returning calls, text messages, or emails and still has not given us any previews for our videos or the final DVD products.

He has given us multiple excuses since our wedding but for the last 4 months has completely stopped any communication.  At first he stated we needed to give him a file of the songs we want him to use which we provided to him back in November of 2008 and now over a year later we still have no final products from him.

Moreover, we researched about other complaints and have found that online he has multiple complaints against him from other consumers like ourselves who have not received their wedding videos as well (see projectwedding.com website complaints).

He is holding all of our collective wedding memories hostage and we really hope we do not lose our cherished and irreplaceable memories.  :(
