Josie Maran is sold in Sephora stores and Online. They do not respond to actual phone calls so you will always be directed to leave a message and they will not respond back to you. Josie Maran says she cares and wants you to be satisfied, I had a horrible reaction to the product. Sent it back to the company and left an email Too. a week later there was no response or refund so I began the process of making at least 5 calls all with left messages saying I had sent product back to them and where is my refund and never ever spoke to an over the phone rep but was always prompted to leave a message. they still owe me $120 but never have responded back and I cannot reach anyone over the phone. Very shocking company practices. Josie Maran :( so dissapointed
