I was searching for replacements for my worn out sterling silver charms that have my children's names on them. I searched for over six months to find the correct thickness and genuine sterling. What I received was a rhodium plated disc that looked like it belonged on my dog's collar. I paid almost $50 each for these. The company refused to acknowledge their deceptive listing, they  bullied me after reading my negative Google review, and they first agreed to replace the charms, and then retracted that and said I'd have to repurchase? Uhm, so you can steal my money AGAIN? No Thanks.

Do not buy from this company, they are con artists - plain and simple.
