Joy Toys Heli Ball purchase website does not offer any type of physical contact info, just support email link
I purchased the Heli Ball in December, payment cleared my bank on December 20th and i have yet to receive the Item. I have sent to emails to the support@joytoys.com and heard nothing. I also sent message through the Help link provided on their website, still no respone.
I believe this company is truly a SCAM!!!! I will be leaving a negative comment on there website weekly until this is made right.
This was a gift for my 8yr old grandson...
