Joy Toys Charged in November 2018 for 2 toys for Christmas. Received one toy in June 2019. CALIFORNIA
I ordered two toys for my Grandsons in November 2018.
Delivery was to be in mid December. They never came. In June there was a box in my mailbox. I received one of the toys. The other? Who knows. They charged me for both toys, it took 7 months to receive one toy, the other toy was never received.
