Joyel Puryear promised to build and design a mobile app. I paid him thousands of dollars and all he delivered was five stock images over a 4 month period. I gave him everything he asked and he couldn't give me anything I wanted.
When I asked for a refund he agrees and made excuse after excuse getting my money back. I have messages dating back to 2018 of broken promises and missed deadlines. Dispute the numerous scam indicators I was blinded by my passion to get my product finish.
