Since more than a month I try to get a withdraw from joylandcasino.com. They use the best-known stalling tactics: Not answering e-mails, demanding ID-documents, which receipt they never confirm (or in my case only after several, really bothering inquiries), now keep on telling me, that my withdraw was already sent out by mail, but I never got it etc.etc.

I finally received my payout-check. I was a little impatient, but after all one can read in player-forums about "stalling tactics" of many online-casinos and after my first experiences with Joyland's customer-support, I was very suspicious. Sorry Joylandcasino, your customer-support (at least the english one) does a good job and deserves to be trusted.
