Dear all,

Please BEWARE of this dealership! as it is run and managed by con artists.

I placed an interest over the phone in one of their cars, however because I wasn't able to view immediately, I asked if they can hold it. They agreed under the condition that I place a good faith deposit. Blindly, I put $500 (just an authorization of the card) for them to hold if till I get there. Our agreement was that if I don't like the car after driving it, I am not obligated to buy it. It turned out they charged the card instead of just runing an authorization.

When I got there, I noticed the car needed regassing as the aircon wasn't working. This was never disclosed before. No problem, I asked that they fix it and the dearlership did but added the cost of $200 of that towards the sale price. That was still fine with me, however when I flicked through the car's log book, I noticed that it was regassed almost 5 months prior. As I asked over the phone whether the car had any history, and none of this was disclosed, this led me to believe there could be broader issues here and possibly even a leak. Otherwise, why the canstant regassing. This gave me an uneasy feeling and to make matters worse, the salesman (Billy) was guite nervous and defensive answering my questions when I started showing signs of disinterest. 

Having learnt all this now I asked to withdraw and get my deposit back as initially agreed. Billy, the sales rep, refused and proceeded to relay the matter to his boss Jean Pierre who arogantly refused to refund my money and asked me to leave. 

I warn everyone from this dealership. They're very unprofessional, rude, arrogant and lie through their teeth. Shame of them!

I may never see my $500 but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I went through.
