Complaint Review: JP Media Ventures

I was checking my bank account online and noticed a pending charge for 96.00 from JP Media Ventures pending to my account. I contacted the bank immediately to let them know that I did not authorize this charge and now have to file a fraud report and wait for an investigation into this charge before it is taken off my account.
There was no indication of where this company is from or where they are located from the charge to my account.
