JP Morgan Chase Bank is fraudently falsifying client information packets submitted for loan remodifications resulting in denial of  loan/mortgage remodifications  under both  Federal Programs such as MHA and Chase Programs such as BAU and more.

I have personally been working on a remodification process for my 56 year old disabled widowed sister since May 18, 2009 who lives in a very modest manufactured home in the rural hills of Perris, CA.  I started this process 1 month and 11 days after my Brother-in-laws untimely passing at the young age of 56.

I have submitted more than 150 pages of supporting documentation along with re-submitting over and over again, multiple required federal and internal documents as part of the process only to be denied 3 times without merit and or notification from CHASE BANK and harrased with collection calls and letters threatening foreclosure.

As well, I have filed a formal complaint against CHASE BANK with the Comptroller of the Currency in Houston, TX only to be notified that in fact CHASE BANK has provided this government agency with false information pertaining to the file submitted for remodification on my sister's loan.

Over the past 18 months I have logged 18 pages of calls to all departments of Chase even up to JAMIE DIMON's (CEO) office only to be rerouted around the entire United States to other Exective and Operation Centers.
