Attention Mirabelle
This letter is to inform you that despite the fact that you have reassured me handbagperfect account was closed. acc #5431381231001692 and you will credit my bank for charges from April 2004. it was not done. You company keep charging me for this account. latest charges include: minimum $35 annual $99 statement fee $ 10.
I can no longer work with you. I have communicated with several of your staff and nobody cares. I have sent a letter to your office in December of 2003 to close my handbag perfect account and for several months it was closed and now you are billing this account agene.
I find you staff negligent and irresponsible. As a merchant I did not get satisfaction from
You.

The names I have contacted on your staff include your sales rep name WILIAM a supervisor I was told name Will a supervisor name HENRRY and several others including you.
I'm sending this letter to all merchant data systems offices and company officers .
You are in breach of your own contract. Be advised . I'm looking to replace your services

This to inform you that you did not resolve the problem you have made it worse you refuse to return my calls .you have close my account for no rezone. Moneys you have collected from my account was not paid to me I have spoken to Henry he confirm that the money do to me will be deposited. As of now money do from 05/07/2004 to 05/10/2004 wore not deposited. You have charge me annual fee $99 statement fee $10 minimum fee $ 35 on an account the was closed as of December 2003 and a privies month charges for same account. I need to know what your intentions are. Your company have cause me
Savvier loses in revenues. If we can not resolve this matter I will seek damages.

P.S the Chief of security took up on himself to close my account. I was never notified
I was told by Henry from the Miami office.

Unable to locate customer

After research we have been unable to locate the customer. We are not sure if they have closed there business or were processing with another provider. We always respond to our customers and pride ourselves on live customer service and no voice mails. Any complaints are always dealt with in the most professional manner.
