JP Morgan Chase Took my Money to Process a Refinance and Refuses to Call With the Status of Loan Fort Washington Pennsylvania

I called Chase my current mortage company to pursue the possibility of refinancing to get a better interest rate and combine home equity loan. Spoke to Larry Laub who insisted no problem, as my credit was great, etc. They took a payment to process the loan and I submitted all necessary paperwork.

Two weeks go by nothing, I call and call and finally get a call back saying my house wasn't appraised high enough and that I need to contact Jim Jones for further information. I have called and called this Jim Jones and since February 11, no call back! My house was recently appraised independently, prior to this refinance action, at much more than Chase stated and I also had an addition put on since my own appraisal was done.

So far I have paid $340.00 to process my application and have been waiting over a month for information. I want my money back and I will go elsewhere where perhaps customer service is important!
