JP Morgan Chase Bank auto finance National Recovery has not informed me of reporting cancellation of debt to the IRS. Now the IRS is asking me for the money. Did not inform me of 1099-C reported it to the IRS as cancellation of debt. I'm just receiving information April 25th 2016 end of a reported it January 25th 2014 and never informed me
