Requested numerous times to cancel our account since May of 2006. It is now April of 2007 and we are still being charged $7.50 per month and recently a $99 annual fee. Spoke to numerous people including the supervisor by the name of Henry. They are very rude and not helpful at all. My only option at this point is to close my bank account. I spoke with Henry on April 10, 2007 and he hung up on me.

Just curious if you have been put in contact w/ the Chase Customer Claims Dept., we really do try to help our customers w/ situations such as this. If a company has been debiting your account without your authorization, you can file a claim and receive not only credit for the ACH's but return ALL fees to you, and your local branch should be willing to help monitor your account so that as soon as there is a 0 balance they can close the account. It has been a while since you filed this report so I wondered if you had found resolutuon?
