Purchased JR Auto protect Extended warranty. Ultimate coverage. Broughtmy 2007 GMC Sierra to Banner Chevrolet after calling warranty company. They said just have the repair facility call us and we will take care of the bill. Truck was shifting hard if at all, Speedometer and PRNDL indicator working sporadically. Service department performed diagnostics and Transmission Control Module was not working. They reported it to JR Auto Protect. Before the dealer or claim handler called their administration department called (Royal Administrations 781 261-2523 Hanover, Mass) to tell me what my warranty does not cover. They already knew how they would rip me off. They refused to pay for diagnostics or the man hours, they refused to pay for programming the TCM or the time to program it. Not programming the TCM will cause damage to the transmission, must be programmed with the exact specifications of the truck. I paid $1530 over 18 months for a lie. I paid $263.02 out of pocket on a $505.12   

This company does not provide what the quote at the time of sale. Theybare a rip off!
