BED BUGS!! I was rented a unit with a KNOWN history of bed bugs for almost a year. They rented it to me without getting it exterminated after last tenant had issues for almost 1 year... Owners only professionally treated condo ONCE- their own pest control guy stated it needed ongoing, monthly treatment for one year to truly rid place of the bugs...which they DID NOT do, only treated one time. I had to throw out my new couch, mattress, all my linens, pillows, purses & clothes due to bed bugs. They charged me for the extermination out of my security deposit!! Completely rude communications & unlawful entry to my condo without consent as will as removal of item from my condo while I was still a paying tenant. Jim O'Keefe, Tom Lester and JR Dahlberg - scandalous, rude, illegal, immoral.. UNBELIVABLY BAD EXPERIENCE! STAY STAY AWAY!
