Complaint Review: JR Hydraulic Sales

JR Hydraulic Sales is a SCAM.
Ordered a Custom made hydraulic valve from JR Hydraulic Sales. Paid with credit card to the tune of $1800. Jerry Shute (not sure on spelling of last name.) Jerry insisted he knew exactly what I was looking for and would have it manufactured and shipped the next day, two days at the most. I was elated until two weeks later and still no valve. Called multiple times over the last few days, and can not get an answer or even a return call. Called my credit card company and card had been charged, but they are going to help amend the problem. Using a debit card or smaller company credit card I likely would have been shafted for the entire bill. The one time I didn t do a thorough check on a company before doing business, and it was a mistake. Check out the website for this company, THERE IS NO ADDRESS listed. HUGE RED FLAG. All honest small companies have all necessary contact information listed so businesses can do as much volume as possible.
