JR Hydraulic Sales Theft of Hydraulic Equipment Liverpool, New York
Do not send any material to JR Hydraulice if you ever expect to see a repair or new replacement item! Email and eventual discussion with Jerry Shute, the sole proprietor, leaves one with conficence in trusting. First, we discussed hydraulic companies, then I sent photos of my Forklift hydraulic pump. Jerry said there would be 10 days in ship0ping, 3 days to repair or replace, and ten days to reship.
I sent the hydraulic pump via UPS, it did take ten days to get to him. We discussed the repalcement and his expertise form the next week. He claimed to have the replacement on order. Then nothing! No return of calls, no repairs, simply nothing. Three months later, my calling every day, not one rfeturn call. I then contacted a person living in Liverpool to go by his shop to see if there was a sign in the window stating accicent or sick. What he found was a bench in a metal building that was stacked with hydraulic pumps.
The building was shared by two other mom and pop businesses. The person gbave me the phone number of the car detailing business, Alex the owner. Talked with him several times to see if Jerry Shute was legitimate. After several disxussions, it was clear I was making no headway so I threatened to call the Liverpool sheriff and have them check out operations in that building. Eventually Alex was unavailabe and the building owner contacted, he offered no concern or help.
Enough time had elapsed to remove all motors from the work bench. As a result, my equipment has been idle for over three months. Jerry sounds very convincing until he gets your parts!
