In March of 2012, JRN Technologies (Joseph Marvilli)contacted me about completing a project that he was having trouble completing in Manchester NH. I have completed other projects for JRN Technologies in the past, with no issues at all.

I was not ready to immediately stop what I was doing and going to Manchester, NH (2 hour drive) but after many emails and assurances from Joseph that the project would only be a few days I and my co-worker drove to the work site.

The project was various boardroom large screen displays located on the 7th floor of an office building in downtown Manchester, NH.  By the time we arrived the original tech had already left.  From the beginning the project was much further behind that what was inferred with my conversations with Joseph.  After looking at some of the work that had been done, we had to re-organize and repair and replace some of the work that had already be finished to make sure that the system would operate as designed.

Anyways as we proceeded with the work and by the end of the day we knew that we were going to have to return the next day. Returned the next day and put in a full day of work 10 hour day and finished the work.  There were a few other minor details to complete, but a third tech that was employed by JRN Technologies was there to meet with the client and do the final fished work that would need to be done the next day.

The next day I emailed the invoice to JRN to get paid not only for the labor but the materials that I had to purchase to complete the project. These items were not sent with the materials to the project location and were essential for completing the project.
I received the payment for the materials pretty fast as well as payment for my labor. 

The problems started when my co-worker did not get his check.  I had daily emails with Joseph and several phone calls to resolve this issue.  Each time there was one excuse or another. The excuses ranged from I will have to contact the accounting lady which is his wife, to we have had a family emergency all of which were lies. He said numerous times that he had mailed the check to both me and my co-worker. To this day, 9 months later my co-worker has still not gotten paid!

I have tried numerous times to try to talk to Joseph via phone calls and numerous emails. It just got to the point he would not answer his phone or answer any emails.

The payment checks that were received we all written on a personal account, not paid by an payroll company as one would expect from a company who JRN Technologies portrays himself. 
In conversations with Joseph one would assume that he was supplying labor in the way of techs for a number of companies, he told me his background and all his so called connections.

I have contacted other techs that have had business dealing with JRN Technologies since March and he is still not paying and making up excuses for not doing so.

If you deal with this lack of ethics business named JRN Technologies, be sure to get your money up front. Do not accept any other form of payment this guy will rip you off!
