This Joel Summerfield guy was about to be hired to do work for me and my mother.We did not accept his proposal but he insisted that he wanted to do the work. Made us feel very uncomfortable. We go the slime vibe and kicked him out of our house. We were afraid he was going to rob us. He came back later in the day with a new quote, but did not accept. Do not use JRS builders as this guy will rip you off!

I was seaching my company on the interenet and found this, I have been in bussines since 1994 and do no advertising ,this person would have had to been referred by someone I had worked for to get my phone #.
its all word of mouth out here (this is a small community) not Houston , I do look a little like Grizzly Adams and was recovering from colon cancer back then, if I meet this person I do applogize if they where put off , and do not remember bidding a job from someone from Houston. And all my records burned up in the Texas Wildfires of Sept 2011
My bussiness is 90% new homes , and I rarely take on any small jobs, so here Common Sense comes in, if I take a small job, I wiil lose money because my overhead as a home builder is too high, and when I bid a small job, my price has to be high.
More Common Sense , I did NO WORK for this person, how can they call me a ripoff, so once again I do appologize if I meet this person and affended them in anyway.
