Complaint Review: JSM Books

Same story, It's looks like a genuine company and seemingly reputable internet site. They money was debted the day of ordering, but no items received, over a month and a half later, no response to 4 e-mails to company using online contact form and e-mailing them direct. Phoned twice from the uk but no answer. Internet shopping never worried me before... now i'm thinking twice before i look for anything, even ebay! I have a feeling i've been ripped off, and by the other reports on here i have! I hope i get a re-buttal but not holding much hope
