Complaint Review: JSP Properties JSP automotive etc.

I just talked to two more of my friends about my situation and come to they had gotten some cars from jsp.  the first one  she got a caddi from jsp and eveything was good for maybe a week or two then the transmission went out she fought with you for two months to get it fixed and it never happend so she finally went and had it fixed by another shop herself. the other one was going to buy a grand marquis from jsp but had to two month and he barely got to drive it a week when the transmission  went out he fought and fought with jsp to get it fixed and finally he got sick of waiting and told them to take the care and shove it because he wasn't paying for a car that he wasn't going to beable to drive. so ya i've talked to quite a few of your clients and nobody has had anything good to say so far so unlike you i don't have to make up lies these are true facts, true stories straight from the horses mouth.... so please come up with more lies to make it look like your an honest company.....

You know so much about me e then what's my name and what street do i live on. No i am the one who pays my house PAYMENT. i have not lied about any thing i just stated true facts the people need to be aware of because if they are not aware then they end up in the situation that i'm in now. FACT: the house across from me was selling at like 35,000; 40,000 your now selling it at 65,000 and didn't do any work on it pretty much the same deal with me so if i'm paying more than i should be the things that i were told were going to be done from the begging should have been done like the carpet for example and they weren't point blank. if anybody has lied it has been YOU. so i'm curious you know so much then who am I???????

This client lied about everything. JSP bent over backwards and had everything ready for her. She just seen how fast we worked so thought she could get some freebies from us. We are not welfare like she is used to getting. Actually in America when you purchase a home you really do need to pay for something at some point in time. We just help people get a home, thats all. We dont repair what the rent to own client breaks unless they pay for it. We are not welfare. Work with you on the late charges? She obviously doesnt pay the bill for the rent, so I am guessing she didnt want to pay for any repair. All of our homes are sprayed for bugs before sales. Clients that do not live clean attract bugs. Maybe this client ought to check into her cleanliness habits.

Ok i was on the phone with jeff one day and ask him if he indeed was the owner he told me no but from what i know yes in fact he is so..another lie........ and if you spray then my house wouldn't be infested in cave crickets! i don't know what you consider clean but i am not the only one who has agreed that the cleaning job sucked! i am greatfull to have a home yes but at the same time people like you shouldn't take advantage of people like me but the fact is it happens and i was one of the suckers who fell for it. and LTO is a lease with option to purchase (own) which in fact are two totally different things! and i have talked to other clients and everyone i've talked to has agreed. the home i'm in was NOT appraised at what your selling it to me for and if it is i would love to see the real not false document. Im not unappreciative i'm just stating facts. My biggest pet peive is liars and i've been lied to alot by jsp. If i'm buying a home for more than what it's worth then i expect the things that i was told would be done to be done and they weren't when i moved in i moved in to filth i expected a little dirty and i don't mind putting in my own work but some of the things i had to do should have already been done we were told for two weeks that certain things were being done and thats why the house wasn't ready yet and when it was finally ready things still weren't done that were suppose to be. things still now aren't done when i was told it would have been. i got sick of fighting with you guys to get the stuff done and decided that when i get my taxes to do it my self because you guys are liars and haven't stuck to your word. when i moved i had to be out of my other place because i had sold it and the new owners were moving in. if i would have had more time then i would have waited but when i'm being told that my house would be ready by the end of the week and it took another 2-3 weeks ya i didn't have any more time because jsp jerked around and didn't do the job they were suppose to do. so your telling me that im ungratefull and have no reason to be upset. i think i have every reason to be upset. so like you i could tell you what to do with that comment but i won't!

If the contract is honored you will get the deed. by any other name I am not for sure what you call that. Its all spelled out and explained in our paperwork. Credit is given with each payment that you make to us, if you are making that payment as agreed. As far as the problems, we all have them. Especially on a big purchase like a home. Bugs in a sink? No big deal. If that was the only problem then thats great. We would Just clean it. The bugs may have been killed from when JSP always sprays for free after the last client. Cat poop? I dont know, all's I can say is we do clean homes. If they are not satisfactory, people generally will tell me and I will clean it again. They dont move in to then gripe. The total cost of the problems that have been posted her is $30 bucks to clean.  Nobody says you have to buy a home from JSP. I have plenty of grateful clients other then dealing with folks that are so unappreciative like you. I sell all homes for appraised value. This is documented. I am part of a very good family offering persons with no chance of buying a home the ability to buy. I just wish I didnt run into ungrateful folks, but sometimes it happens. And with saying something about my best friend, and secretarty that passed of ovarion cancer at 39 years old that I worked with since she was 17? I could tell you what to do with that comment, but that is not appropriate. Maybe you should talk to my other 800 clients that could all tell you what a blessing we have been to them.

the sign says rent or cfd these homes are NOT CFD they are LTO which is a totally different thing
