Complaint Review: JT Card Services

I was ripped off also! Was contacted by Shenel Alexander with JT Card Services(JTCS) on October 24, 2001. Received packet that informed me that everything Ms. Alexander had told me on the phone was false. I immediately called and cancelled the services. Was told by Shanica with JTCS that I would receive a refund by 21 December. Another Lie! Called 9 January 2002 left message with Katie; called back talked to Shalenda; I would get a refund on January 15th. Another Lie! Call again and was told that a policy letter dated 17 January required that I send my card back to get a refund. At this time I still hadn't received a card. E-mailed cardservices@first-lenders.com and was reply with:"we no provide services for JT Card Services". I received a card in March and promptly returned it with a request to be refunded my money. As of today, no money. We need to take this company to the cleaners since that is what Jose' Terry did to us. I with anyone who want to persue this issue! Peggy Alton, Illinois
