As a current employee, I can say that JT and those in our organization hold us to a high standard. They demand that we constantly try to improve ourselves and strive harder for success. I have been to events with JT many times and what I see is that sometimes people do not want to hear what they need to hear. JT and his affiliates and staff will tell you when you are in your own way. I can assure you that the person who has made these libelous statements against JT is a person who probably fits that description. Change is not easy, and JT changes people's lives for the better all the time. Ive been to a lot of free events that were more sales pitches than content. Ive also been to a lot of expensive programs designed to help you break through that just told you to do it without dealing with the obstacles that stop you. This event was free, full of content, and helped you not only see the obstacles but help you think big enough to see the next level is reachable. I have some actions that I can do immediately to start changing my results. Michael Gerber was unbelievably inspirational, and I am so grateful that JT cares enough to bring this to his students for free. Life can never be the same.

Dear JT,
I just wanted to send a quick thank you note. Im 7 months into my JT coaching program with you and your team. At the beginning of the year, I had several ideas, but no clear plan to execute. I now have formed a strong strategic partnership and have purchased 9 buy-fix-sell deals. Three are completed and are now on the market. In the process, I learned how to market, how to network for funding. Ive raised 4M through partners, and am on track to raise another 5M before the end of the year. We have the deal-flow to support one new deal per week and growing. Ive also become more focused. I eliminated all the distractions and have focused on driving this single business to the next level. My husband and I have taken several real estate courses over the past few years and have found that some were better than others, as can be expected; however, the largest difference we found in learning from JT is that his focus is more in teaching us how to think strategically rather than simply learning the mechanics or technical aspects of a business. This is important because there is a certain vulnerability in exposing his own strategic thinking and taking people further into his own personal business models. By doing this, we learn more about negotiations, marketing, branding , delegation, networking and leadership skills. We personally admire this trait in JT because it shows he is not afraid to expose us to more of the psychology of business, and in the end, that is what we need to learn to master.
In addition, JT stresses the importance of loyalty and relationship-building. Others give this topic lip service, but JT is astute and knows who is loyal to his companies and ensures that doesnt go unnoticed to the client. He has also surrounded himself with people who have complimentary skill sets to keep him on track. His staff understands customer service. They actually answer the phone and treat you like a friend!

I have to say that during your first days presentation my judgement of you was that talk too fast, too much bragging, to much ego and then you slaughtered a father and son on stage calling it a hot seat.
In your next presentation I heard you get on the cround for not taking notes, hurting Phils feelings and in general being bad kids
Then in your 3rd time at the front, you began to show your heart. We all warmed up to you and I began to understand your passion for success. I saw you change your style with each person you guided, you showed your personal mentors with us. You shared what each added to your life. Now I can identify with you.

Im a student for life!

This was my second weekend workshop with JT in 4 months. The first workshop, I did not care for him immediately. By the end of the workshop thought, I had changed my opinion of him after realizing that he has become the success he is by practicing the very things he teaches, which cannot be said of most speakers and teachers. My initial skepticism of him caused me to miss some important points and not fully let his teachings impact my life and business. I approached this second workshop actually looking forward to learning from him and feeling fortunate enough to have the opportunity again. The things I absorbed from JT have given me an entirely different mindset than I had when I came in Friday morning. I have a picture of what I want to do, how I want to get there, the determination to get there, and I am writing the steps I will take to get there. Im kicking myself for missing my first chance to learn from this remarkable individual, however I am leaving the second time determined to make sure that his effort to help others achieve success are not wasted on me.
More kudos to JT and his staff when they were approached with a problem, within no time at all, everyone was made aware of it and they did not just shove it under the desk. Within hours, JT implemented changes to fix the issue and improve his organization, and ultimately the success of his students. The follow throught they provided was a wow factor and will keep me as an eager student.

JT Ill keep it simple. You made a believer out of me the first time I met you in Chicago. Thats why I am here today. If I cannot afford your mentoring program now it is because it will be out stretching myself financially, but I will in the future you can have my word on that. Its like you said in your CD, Im going to the top too, and hope to share my success with you someday. Thank you for showing me so much already and look forward to more soon in the near future.

This workshop has been a real eye opener for me. I had no idea what the difference between transactional and transformational thinking was. It is a great feeling to know there is a better way to do everything I thought was doing good like networking and branding your business

This is my second JT event in four weeks.
I went to the first event because of one of the other speakers but the content from JT was so awesome I signed up for his coaching program.
This second event with Raymond has to be even more incredible than the first. Both have given content of incalucuable value for my businesses. I cant wait for the next event. Thank you.

The event this weekend was incredible! JT delivered and exploed our minds with insights into many important topics Branding, Networking, partnership building, time management and so on.

I went to a seminar hosted by JT. I have been to a couple of their seminars and still learn new stuff every time I go. I actually started to implement the information without me event being concious about it. Their seminars are beneficial to any business, big or small. It is a must go for people that are in and/or interested in real estate. Looking foreard to going to the next event.

I listen to JTs radio show almost every Saturday morning. One morning he made an offer to attend a 2 day coaching session in Los Angeles. I called in and was accepted to the program. To say the least, I was not only impressed with his way of teaching but equally impressed with who he is as a person. This was a WOW experience.

Just came from JT's coaching seminar in Los Angeles. I would highly recommend anyone in Real Estate/Business to get educated. Experienced investors will learn just as much as beginning investors.
There is no selling at this conference like there are at most seminars. I personally dislike the conferences where multiple sellers pitch their products. At JTs conferences, its just information, no B.S.

I went to ta two-day seminar by JT. It was an inspirational, phenomenal event. JT discussed zero based thinking, branding, marketing, and finding investors. I find JT to be very creative and effective. He is also quite open about sharing with you his strategies and processes. He is passionate about being successful and wealthy and has an earnest interest in helping people to be the same.
His coaching programs are structured to be helpful, flexible, and individualized to meet the students needs. Thanks!!

JT makes me feel I am part of a large but close knit family. The coaching program that was designed specifically for me makes me feel very confident that I will be able to achieve my personal and business goals. In the last month since I joined, my coach and I have completed a detailed questionaire which is brutually honest in seeing where I am in my personal and business area. This baseline analysis is very powerful in identifying my urgent and important areas of growth. We have picked Branding as the first area of development, and by the end of my first coaching call I have a destination and a road map leading to success.

I have attended two events with JT as a presenter. I feel honored to have had the experience of learning from him. The educational value far outweighs the monetary cost. He is superb and I have great respect for his intellect and his excellent business/marketing skills.

OK this makes me sad. As an employee of JTs Organization, I can say full heartily, JTs main focus has been to help as many people as he can and this post is simply not true. I encourage you to come to one of our events and see for yourself. I have been with this company since day one, and I am proud to be part of this team. One again another fake post by a competitor. Firstly I hate mountain Due but I do drink monster energy drinks and yes I know they are bad for me..lol. It's been years since I have drank a mountain due. This nothing more than a competitor trying to soil my my name and my Mega event which is a non pitch-a-thon event and is sold out with 700 people coming. The reason why every event is sold out is because we provide a WOW experience and my staff is about about building value and not selling. The concept and strategies that I teach cannot be found in any book and are based on things going on today's market. I am a full time investor and entrepreneur, my events are non pitch-a-thon. Our average students attends over 10 events of ours because they are content based.
Do you actually think a current employee would post something while still working for me... JT Mega Event top event for business growth
Times have been lean and weve had to work on reinventing ourselves and our business model. This year we decided to cut back on travel/education expenses for our business, but the one event we decided we werent going to miss was the Mega Event!
This will be the 3rd time we have gone to and each time we have connected with sharp business-minded, entrepreneurial-spirited people. What we like about Mega Partnering is that it is a chance to listen to successful business people and not be constantly pitched to. JT and his staff put a lot of effort in packing the day full of content and yet leaving enough time to network with others in the crowd. This is the one event we couldnt afford to miss.
