Here is a
correspondence I recently had with JTL Landscaping:

On Sep 30, 2011, at 8:31 AM

Dear JTL Landscaping, 

I have called your office 5 or 6 times regarding my yard and areas that were being missed all summer long. The first time I called, Steve called me back and stated that he would personally come up and let his guys know what they were missing, that it was a language barrier, but he never came. 

The rest of my calls were ignored and the last time your guys came, I spoke with an English speaking guy who said he would be back this week to do the work that was being missed. He came today to do that work and I went over all the places with him.

My yard was really starting to look great when I left!

When I returned home, the front of my house looked like a wasteland! They chopped down all my bushes in the front, where they were only supposed to cut out the vines. The guy even pointed out the vines to me before I left.

It will take YEARS for those bushes to grow back to what they were!! and now my house looks TERRIBLE!

Please send me my last bill (I'd appreciate not being charged for my ruined bushes) and cancel my account as of today, September 29th, 2011.

I did Not get a call from them at all and today,
had to send the following:

JTL Landscaping, 

Obviously, keeping your clients happy and satisfied
must not be important to you or your company. 

You did NOT call me as your response below says
would.

I clearly canceled my account after what your
employees did to my home (see below) yet your guys showed up here today to mow
my lawn. I sent them away and am DISCUSTED that they would even have the
audacity to show up here!

Again, DO NOT send your guys here, my account should
be considered CLOSED and I will definitely be sharing my experience with all of
my friends and family!



Why do companies think it is ok to treat people
like this?! I don't care how busy people get, your business is your clients, is
it not? This is an issue I have been trying to remedy for months! Now I am
without a landscaper and have this wasteland of a yard to fix! Grrrr!

JTL Landscaping Replaced My Lilacs!

JTL Landscaping came through, the owner apologized and they replaced my Lilacs which now look beautiful!! Thank you!!!
