I am in total agreement with the writer who's Grandmother invested her money in numerous Tanzanite gemstones, only to find that the stones did not go up in value but went in the tank. I to bought their lies and promises of purchasing tanzanite with their "Only going to go up and up in value". I bought many of these stones and now have a product that people are trying to sell at a fraction of the cost on such places as Ebay. I recently called JTV's customer service and spoke to a so called manager. I told her of my faith in how their hosts were touting this gem (and still are) as the scarcity of tanzanite and how we customers were going to in the near future be able to "cash in" on our purchases. I told her that I was stuck with thousands of dollars in this gem and could I send them back for a refund that includes a 25% restocking fee. I had been told a month before by a customer service manager that I could return them but reiterated I would have to pay the restocking fee. I told her how I felt lied to and that JTV should stand by what they told customers and at least take their merchandise back. I said I didn't care about the restocking fee, I  needed to get at least some of my money back. The c.s. manager said she could not promise me anything, but she would speak to higher management who could only make that decision. She said she doubted my getting a refund because she had only seen one occasion when this has been done. I got an email (which she promised a call in a few days) the next day denying my request.

How is JTV promising customers something over and over and then just turn their noses up at their loyal customers without any concern or explanation of their lies? I feel so cheated and defeated by a company who can get away with intentional lying on live television! I would like to see litigation against JTV "again" for false advertising and cheating their customers.
