I submitted myself to a casting call.
The photos were said to be used for his personal portfolio
Signed a general release stated he could use the photos.
He sold them to, www.muscletease.com , a paid website
including my full name, NOT model name, location, age, and job.
I confronted him after my mother saw the photos and their response was, have you're lawyer call me.
(In addition after the shoot I realized there was a video camera on the whole time, recording me changing) I have been unable to find the video online but refuse to pay to see myself.

From my point of view you took advantage of someone who didn't understand all that was involved. Though it was her responsibility to read carefully everything YOU do not need to purposely take advantage of someone. many women will see these posting and whether Kandyce is right or wrong what they will understand about you is that you do to care about the privacy of the individual girls. Also Kandyce only asked you to change the name. As a kind and professional gesture you should of done it. You don't know that if you co operated She might of brought you more girls. You have shown a willingness to exploit people, thats not good for your business. It's not even good for your soul which apparently you don't care about. I dont think Kandyce was asking you for any more money or anything other than to allow her the privacy to have other careers without the fear of exploitation. Would you not want to be free to have choices for your future without your past following you?
Kandyce, like so many girls do not know the business like you or I and though you may have certain rights and paper work I suggest compassion gets you further in your own personal goals and it hurts no one and helps everyone.

2011 HardFitness Calendar - Los Angeles Casting
Start Date: 04/27/2009 -- End Date: 06/30/2009
City: Los Angeles - State: California
Rate: $50-$100 Per: Hour
So we are starting this casting call as we are looking for models for our 2011 HardFitness print calendar. 2010 Calendar is already in the printing process.
Casting will take place between May 21-24th, 2009 in the Culver City/Los Angeles/Hollywood area.

We do require photos and video and you will be paid $50-$100/hr depending on the modeling skills.
We are looking for fitness models with attractive looks, you don't need to be in perfect shape like some of our models in our portfolio but a nice curvy shape is great. And for sure you must exude sex appeal. You need to be able to handle styles from bikini to implied nudity. Implants are a big plus!
If we do pick you for the calendar and all logistics work you will be flown to Las Vegas, NV to autograph the calendar at our HardFitness booth at the Olympia bodybuilding show. This is a very large expo and you will be getting great exposure in the fitness industry.

we can post the original release form too if needed. But if you read the casting above and follow the link for the portfolio you will read that the photos and videos can be used anywhere on the internet. www.muscletease.com just happens to be one of the sites we operate.
1. Not once did the photographer say the photos were to be used for his personal usage, on the casting above you can see the main purpose is a calendar in print. So here the model lies 100%.
2. Her full name was used because that is what was used on the release form, model did not include an alternate name. And no changes will be made after the release form is signed.
3. We never asked for a lawyer to call us, she hired a lawyer who sent a letter requesting a release form and after he received one he pursued no further action as he knew his client was wrong on all accounts.
4. The video camera was clearly on the set and the casting above mentions the shoot includes photos and videos. So again the model is lying. The model changed did only 2 outfits as she was late 20 minutes so she only changed once, 2 outfits total and paid $40 as she was late. And she changed in the bathroom. Again the model is lying.
5. We received an email from the model to remove photos and name because she is working for a charity now. If we paid a model why do we need to delete photos or change name. As a model you need to be responsible for your actions and the release forms you sign.
If you are a business owner please do not hire Kandyce Szeneri she is unprofessional and immature. We have the release form that clearly she has signed mentioning that the usage of the photos and videos.
