Juan Falcon Construction is a fraud. I installed a granite countertop job for his customer. Juan paid me a deposit and then failed to pay me the balance of $900 for my labor. He offered to sell me a pick up truck (which I saw) and I paid him $2,000 for it. He claimed someone had stolen it and that he would refund my money but he never did. He also gave me $1,200 hot check which I still have. The San Marcos, TX DA cannot locate him. He is a con man and a liar. Do not believe him or trust him. He is a smooth talker but devious.
