Yes I did get the parts back and yes I have been very satisfied with the work you have done but it gets rather frustrating when every time someone calls they get a voice mail and calls are not returned as promised.  It makes a big difference to me when I call a business and can actually talk to a person instead of having to leave a message.  Think you would have a lot more customers if that were the case.

I GUESS I FOUND OUT THAT NOW I AM A CLOWN BUT WHEN YOU WANTED ME TO CHROME YOUR PARTS AND I TOLD YOU THAT YOU CAN PAY ME LATER WHEN YOU HAVE MONEY I WAS NOT THAT CLOWN OR WHEN I GAVE YOU A GREAT DEAL ON IT I WAS NOT A CLOWN.   I DID AS I PROMISSED AND YOU RECIEVED THE PARTS SHIPPED FOR FREE BACK TO YOU AND YOU GOT THEM.  I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED YOU AND GAVE YOU THE TRACKING NUMBER.  YOU GOT YOUR JOB AND YOU KNOW THAT IT WAS GOOD AND I KEPT MY WORD.  SEEMS THAT ALL OF YOU THAT FOR SOME REASON OR ANOTHER DID NOT GET ALL THAT PARTS OR WERE MISSING A PART FELT LIKE CALLING ME A THIEF BUT YOU MY FRIEND GOT YOUR PARTS AND THERE IS NO COMPANY OUT THERE THAT WOULD GIVE YOU THE PRICE THAT I GAVE YOU OR SEND THE PARTS FREE SHIPPED LIKE I DID.  YOU TRUSTED ME AND I DELIVERED TO YOU AND YOU SHOULD AT LEAST PUT DOWN ON THIS FILE THAT I TOOK CARE OF YOU.  THIS IS NOT THE PROPER WEBSITE FOR THIS AS I NEVER STOLE FROM YOU AND YOU GOT YOUR JOB BACK.  YOU SOULD PUT THIS DOWN AND ADMIT THAT I TOOK CARE OF YOU.  YOU ARE A NICE GUY AND I CONCIDER A FRIEND AND A CUSTOMER I HOPE THAT YOU WOULD STATE THE TRUTH AND PUT DOWN THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN RIP OFF BY ME.  I THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT DAY.

WE DELIVERED ALL THE PARTS TO THE CUSTOMER VIA HAND DELIVERY OR UPS AND HE RECIEVED ALL PARTS EXCEPT A BUMPER THAT UPS DELIVERED WRONGLY.  I WENT TO THE CUSTOMER AND DELIVERED THE BUMPER AFTER I PICK UP FROM THE WRONG ADDRESS IT WAS DELIVERED.  I UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION AND I WAS NOT AWARE THAT HE MADE A REPORT.  THEY ARE NICE AND HONEST PEOPLE AND I DID RIGHT BY THEM I HAND DELIVERED THE FINAL BUMPER TO COMPLETE THE ORDER AND ASK TO PLEASE EXCUSE THE DELAYES THAT THE LOST ITEM HAD CAUSED AND THEY TOLD ME NO PROBLEM.  AS FOR THIS REPORT IT IS ONLY RIGHT THAT THEY PUT DOWN THAT THEY GOT THEIR ITEMS AND THAT WE OWE NOTHING ELSE TO THEM.  I UNDERSTAND THAT WHILE THEY WERE MAD THEY POSTED THIS BUT YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO RETRACT THIS OR SAY THEY WERE TAKEN CARE OF.  THIS WEBSITE IS FOR PEOPLE THAT GOT RIP OFF NOT THAT THEY HAD A PROBLEM I WOULD REALLY LIKE FOR THIS GENTLEMEN TO AT LEAST POST THAT I TOOK CARE OF HIM IT IS ONLY RIGHT TO DO SO.  THAT IS WHY I AM POSTING THIS REBUTTLE IN RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT.

I also met this clown at the Glendale swap meet, had him straighten and plate the bumpers for my 62 Ranchero which did turn out nice I must say so I decided to have him replate the hood scoop and bed rails. I delivered the parts to him in April of this year and was to pick them up in July. July rolls around and no parts. Call and get the story of UPS refusing to ship because the parts were not packaged properly so he was trying to come up with some way of packing them. August rolls by and no parts and no call back. September and the SOB actually has the balls to call and say the parts have been shipped and I should have them the middle of the following week. Well come October I was still waiting for the package to arrive. Started calling again and finally the lame finally decided to return my call with another lie. As of last week this lying son of a b***h tells me UPS mis directed my package and it was in El Paso Texas and was being redirected back to me and I would have it today NOVEMBER 22. Well guess what no package. I found if you want the jackass to answer just let his phone ring but not go to his voice mail then hang up and redial. Oh and by the way his brother doesn't answer his phone either so it's just a waste of time trying his number.

I  too feel your pain. Been dealing with him and his brother since May. I had given him 2 bumper and grill for my 64 falcon plus 2 nice cores for a 66 fairlane plus another front falcon bumper for a discount on the chroming and anadizeing my grill.

finaly recieved my bumpers back in July and was not pleased,front bumper wasnt even strait and not the core I given him to plate. rear bumper was just as bad,very wavy and not straitend properly. I had called him about this and he told me to return them and he would fix this problem I had asked him about my grill and he had told me that they had some problems with it and had to be re anadized 3 times and should be shipped out the following week. months later, late august I finaly recieved my grill and wasnt expecting a nice job but I got to say I was impressed, very nice. last week i recieved my front bumper and Im not happy this bumper still wasnt the core I had given him! must have come from an east coast car because of all the rust and scale on the back side and was painted silver over the rust!. as of today 10/17/11 I still havent recieved my rear bumper and my calls and text messageing never get returned.If I dont here from them soon I have no choice then to file a report against them. I had spoken with David some time ago and he told me to deal with him instead of Juan and he had given me his cell# here it is if anyones intrested, 323-515-5107 Good Luck...
