Complaint Review: Jubilee Financial AKA Jabez Financial Services Inc. aka Heritage Financial

Well Hello there fellow Jubilee/Jabez survivors... I'm happy to see all of you still reporting. It has been a very rocky month for a lot of us. I hope things are going well with you all.

I wanted to update you on the idea of a class action suit. After talking with Sue Montgomery the appointed receiver for the FTC, she thinks that it would be like putting too many "cooks in kitchen". Her job is to get our money back and if we add another attorney (appointed by us) we would lose money to him due to his fees. I do understand what she is saying. But does she care about us like our own attorney would? I am resistant to say that when I talked with her she did not really care about the little guys (us). I think she felt threatened when I mentioned bringing another attorney into the equation. Basically she wanted me to stay out of it and let her do her job. (This is just my opinion)

That is why you have not heard from me in a while. I am just praying that she is finding what she is looking for. Which is an in house attorney that was a partner with John Gustafsen. If anyone has paperwork with an appointed attorney rep. JFS let me know.

So look through all your paperwork.
Good luck you guys. And please contact all your creditors. Let them know what happened. I sent them a copy of the FTC report from www.ftc.gov "press releases" so they could read it for themselves. They were all in awe and are working with me.
