Jubilee Financial Services ripoff consumer fraud Downey California
I am writing this report to join the rest of the people who were taken to the cleaners by Jubilee. Myself and a friend of mine were also victims of Jubilee which started when we joined Heritage in Sept. of 2000.
Heritage took approx. $2800 of our money in Sept. Oct. Nov. and Dec. of 2000 for a so called enrollment fee then turned us over to Jubilee I would say that is a pretty good profit for doing nothing.
As far as I am concerned Heritage is guilty of fraud for signing us up for a service that was not delivered. Contracts were signed and money was paid to this company for nothing.
I have a letter from John Gustavsen stating that 1600 files from Heritage were in various states of disrepair obviously no attempt was made to repair these files including mine.
It seems to me that Heritage and Jubilee are guilty of breach of contract and fraud and they should be held accountable for ripping us off and putting us deeper in debt.
I really dont have any money but I am all for a class action lawsuit because it doesnt sound like the FTC is finding any money for anybody. John Gustavsen $600,000 house would sure help a lot people.

Does anyone have any information as to the status of our money that Jubilee Financial took? Is there a class action law suit going? Has anyone received any information from the state? Any information would be great.
Thanks
