Complaint Review: Jude's Cycle Repair Service Aka Jude A Mitchell Dennis Rucke

Not much to be said about this shop. Called one day and asked if they work on CBX motorcycles, and told them I wanted to get my valves checked and shimmed if needed. JUDE, was real NICE on the phone, and persuaded me to let her pick up the bike.

She shows up and has my wife sign something while I am not here, and take my motorcycle.

I called the next 3 or 4 days in a row to get a confirmation she has my bike, and They do not answer the phone in their shop. Evidently they have too many angry people calling.

I get an "ESTIMATE" a week later for over 10 times the amount I was told the work would cost. and the work is not done. I did not ask for an ESTIMATE. It requires nothing else to be done to shim the valves and WE ALL KNOW THIS!!.

not only did she assume I would fall for her deception, she assumed I would not file. WRONG. Just a few calls and I can find MANY decent folks who have had their Motorcycle or ATV STOLEN from them by this shop.

I have yet to find a person that has had work done there and gotten their vehicle back!~ with or without the work done.
