How does a judge ignore facts and leave two little children with their abuser mother who has been proven in court by forensic to have multiple mental disorders! Who has been violating the judges orders none stop 20 times in Contempt and this Judge Tolbert only smiles and lets her get away not doing a f**king thing about it! This is a clear case of misjustice corruption how this judge has failed to save two little children their mother is a thief a crook and a wh**e all were proven to the court but this judge just ignored the facts and dismissed my potition of contempt 5 times with out any reason and lets the defendant get away with ongoing contempt.
This mental mother Melissa Leonard a bi product of some worhtless wh**e who gave her up for adoption Melissa Leonard committed fraud stole childrens money from their savings stole over $200,000 of goods from my business which she admitted to claimed she did not know where tens of thousands of dollars were coming from in to her checking account, claimed it must have been a miracel.... clearly a lie from a lying sack of s**t! just like her d*ke lawyer Jennifer O'Hara another lying b**ch who for the right amount would sell her own family.
How can a judge over look facts and favor the defendant unless this judge has specail interest in her!!!

Hi, I had to go to appeals court where he was one of the judges. ITS AMAZING HOW CROOKED THESE JUDGES ARE AND I MEAN CROOKED. I WENT TO APPEALS BECAUSE THE TOWN JUDGE SIDED WITH ME, BUT DID NOT AWARD ME THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF MONEY AND IT WAS PLAIN AND SIMPLE WHAT I WAS OWED. THESE JUDGES HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THAT THE DEFENDANT WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN RELIEF IF HE SHOWED UP. WELL HELLO??? WHY DIDNT HE SHOW UP? BECAUSE HE WAS WRONG FOR ONE AND TWO ARENT YOU SUPPOSED TO WIN THE CASE WHEN SOME IS TOO DAMM LAZY TO EVEN SHOW UP???? THE DEFENDANT WAS NOT A NICE PERSON, HE EVEN CALLED MY LAWYER AND THREATENED TO CUT MY WATER LINES IF I WENT THROUGH WITH THE CASE.
SECONDLY , IT WAS A CASE OF UNJUST ENRICHMENT FOR ONE. WHEN A MAN GETS HIS ROAD PAID FOR FREE WHILE THE OTHER PERSON ON THE ROAD HAD TO PAY $3000.00 FOR IT, THAT IS A CASE OF UNJUST ENRICHMENT, NO DOUBT. HOW DARE THESE 3 JUDGES SAY IT WASNT. THEY ARE PLAIN STUPID OR OBVIOUSLY PREJUDICE. ITS AMAZING THESE JUDGES HAVE NO CLUE WHAT A PRIVATE ROAD IS AND THAT WHEN U OWN PROPERTY ON ONE, IT IS YR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN IT PERIOD. THESE JUDGES WERE STUPID, LAZY, CHEAP AND PREJUDICE. NO JUSTICE WHATSOEVER. ITS REALLY UNBELIEVABLE. I WAS RIPPED OFF AND I AM DISCUSTED. DO NOT VOTE FOR THIS GUY TOLBERT. WHO HAS NO CLUE.
