My constitutional rights were violated in fc2004-011370. Judge Viola used false video and false police records supplied by rob vied and leslie Campbell to not allow Cary Campbell the father to raise his own children.

EXample- father found out 5 years after losing his children in court that 7 fake felony reports were given to judge violla behind closed doors and never mentioned under oath. And father even later found out there is an alleged altered video of him made by rob m. Vied.

Rob m vied- horizons high school grad and corrupt cop. Kids were taken by rob vied by violating the fathers constitutional rights. Scottsdale and Phoenix police involved in cover up of their corruption. Father has been beating by cops and left for dead on 4 occassions to cover up.

Your constitutional rights were not violated.  If the judge determined based on the videos submitted that the information was legitimate, then the decision was made based on available evidence.  The judge would have had to know the information was fake in order to render the decision that was made.  There is no evidence to suggest that happened according to your narrative, nor does it appear that happened when I reviewed your case file online.  Invariably these complaints happen when I see Pro Per in the case file.

Your ex-wife would have also had to be part of the conspiracy and would have had to confirm the information in the evidence submitted was true, as well as your children.  Now in Family Court, I can see the ex-wife doing that, but the kids?  No.  If you had an attorney, then the attorney would have been able to challenge the evidence.  You probably thought I could not afford an attorney, right?  Well, do you have your kids, or not?  If you couldn't afford the attorney, you could not afford the kids.

Your decision not to have an attorney renders your entire complaint void.
