Complaint Review: Judge Eric Chollack

The Dishonorable Judge Eric Chollack became a criminal when he allowed the plaintiff party to continuously file motions, not sending myself any notifications as law requires. He allowed the plaintiff party to enter their own number amounts for increased child support, in which I have the court transcripts that verify the amount imputed by the Arthur Brand criminal at law, for child support amounts. My child support has always been paid, in advance might I add. While the plaintiff filed motions to increase, and not showing up several times, then they finally did show, Wayne County FOC investigated the case. After child support defaulted to MI formula, $27.00 per month, $45.50 per month including insurance part time minimum wage, the plaintiff and her criminal attorney Arthur Brand filed an objection, wanting to increase to $188.00 per month saying this is full time minimum wage. Upon filing their objection, this objection looped back to Referee Camille Dennis. Objections are suppose to go directly to the judge. However, Referee Camille Dennis happened to not be there at this time, knowing I had an attorney at this point to whitness the corruption. So, the objection went to Referee Ruhlman. Referee Ruhlman followed proper proceedure, and adopted the recommendation making her a reputable Referee.

The mother then prematurely filed a parenting time complaint, trying to say I withheld our daughter from her, when she was sent to school with a stage 2 allergic reaction, with anti-itch cream, telling her to have your dad take you to the doctors because it's his day. Needless to say, she owes $500.00 in attorney fees, which is yet to be paid. During this hearing, criminal Arthur Brand signed in and was able to object again, for the 3rd time to the child support increase. I explained to Judge Eric Chollack that this motion was not filed properly, and I was never notified. I also explained that criminal attorney Arthur Brand files, and never notifies me, as by law he's suppose to. Judge Eric Chollack ignored this illegality, and said we were going to hear it anyway. Leaving me unprepared, and at the mercy of this racketeering criminal judge.

Criminal Arthur Brand, which has violated every attorney oath in the books. Not 1 motion he filed, has sent me notification. He was allowed to adjurn hearings without contacting myself and asking, as this is what the law requires also.

I've had a motion, that was done 3 times by Judge Eric Chollack. They have no recollection of this but, I have the court documents. This is Res Judicata (A.K.A Double Jeopardy in criminal court) One of these were sent to me unsigned. Upon the most recent court hearing, Judge Eric Chollack was notified that criminal at law Arthur Brand has never notified me of any court hearing. Jusdge Eric Chollack said, "Why didn't you bring this up earlier?" I replied, "I did, and pointed this out in the court transcripts." Judge Eric Chollack said, "Oh well."

Needless to say, Judge Eric Chollack allowed all these criminal actions to occur when he knew about them all. He tried to say that the plaintiff's party's objections were a continuation from earlier dates. The plaintiff severely exhausted the 2 time filing for increase in child support with in 36 month period.

I have sent several items certified that had disappeared, sent back saying certain items were not in the packets, when the items they said were missing were the second page down, etc.

Referee Camille Dennis-= I had a hearing attempting to get custody. I provided solid evidence the plaintiff was taking illegal pharmicuticals directy from her own husband. Referee Camille Dennis allowed for the mother to violate court orders, lead the mother into saying certain things to protect her, etc. Upon me saying I was going to object, I was sent the objection document 8 months later, unsigned, but dated.

Referee Camille Dennis allowed a bench warrant to placed for my arrest when their web site showed I was in arrears due to nobody updating the info. WHILE my case was under investigation.

On top of that, Arthur Brand was allowed to file cases, WHILE my case was under investigation.

Every court document I've sent in is certified, and I have every piece of evidence against these corrupt individuals.

In my opionion, these criminals need to be behind bars.
