Complaint Review: Judge Karen Moskowitz

Beware of a Van Nuys, Calfiornia superior court judge by name of Karen Moskowitz.

So-called judge Karen Moskowitz is one of worst failures of the Calfornia court system and any and all court and legal systems, overall. Karen Moskowitz as an attorney and as a judicial officer has been and is responsible for the largest number of perpetrators getting away with and evanding their violent, assaultive, harmful actions, because her rulinggs favor the aggressors rather than the victims. Karen Moskowitz is a hazard to the safety and security of the public. However, even more disturbing are her illicit activities off the bench and in her own filthy personal life.

Karen Moskowitz, if you chose to call this old, filthy woman a judge, is an abomination off the bench and on the bench. In one of her many, many numerous illegal rulings, she caused a pregnant woman to have an actual miscarriage in her courtroom. The poor woman had been a litigant, a petitioner for a restraining order against a former partner who had been stalking and assaulting her. The pregnant woman had ample evidence in documents, videos, and other tangible ffotage of the partner's crimes against her. She was preggnant and at risk of further assault. However, judge Karen Moskowitz denied the woman'd restraining order. And, not only did she deny the order, she blatanltly derided and reprimanded the woman so badly, that the woman started bleedingg, hemoraging, and then miscarrying her pregnancy in the court room of this abusive hag who calls herself a "judge." As if this all was not enough, after the woman lost her unborn child, and she was finally released from the hospital, the former partner again attacked her and paralysed her for life. All of this was the deliberate doing of judge Karen Moskowitz. A miscarriage of justice, literally and figueratively.
