Judge LaLonde, D.A. Derek Champagne, Chief Cole, Jack Delehanty rip-off scam liars , Tupper Lake New York
Just to let you guys know how stupid and unfair these officials of Tupper Lake are. Since this is a small town there is no sense in trying to hide the names of these people because you would already know. I'll just start from the beginning.
Now there are alot of you who know Brian McCottery. There are alot of you who like him and there are alot of you who don't. Well for the ones who do, this story is for you. And for the ones who don't, well you can sit right behind the Judge, the D.A., and everyone else who doesn't, on the retard train. Anyways, this whole case started on Dec. 1, 2001.
Brian went down to Corey Barcombs (d**k sucker himself) house to get his girlfriend to watch their 2 children while he'll went to work. Now Brian does not get along at all with Corey so he waited across the street for his girlfrind to come out so he could talk to her about it.
Well Brian pulls into the driveway thinking that his girlfriend is at the door yelling to him when it turns out to be Corey. Well words are of course exchanged and Corey pulls out a knife threatening to "cut him" in front of his children.
Now I know for some of you you are thinking that Brian must of did something to deserve it well for maybe the first time Brian DID NOT do anything. Oh, before Mr. Big Balls pulled the knife, he picked up a baseball and attempted to throw it into the truck where the kids were.
Now of course for all of you that know Brian he is gonna get a little irate. Now would't you if you were in his shoes? Well the police showed up about 3 minutes after this all started.
To make this long story short Brian was arrested for harrassment in the 2nd; 2 count EWC; disorderly conduct; and tresspassing. Corey got menacing in the 2nd. Mr. Delehanty wanted a meeting with Misty about this matter. At that meeting he told her that "Brian will never change. He's like a leopard and will never change his spots. And that he is gonna weed out all the bad ones in Tupper Lake."
Well has anyone maybe thought of Brian being a chamillian? I mean come on you're gonna change to your surroundings right? Well court night the judge says "If I see both of you in this court room again, you automatically go to jail." Corey got a 6 months ACOD. Brian was ordered a PSI before any sentencing.
Now you all know about Brian and his girlfriend and what had happened in February.
Now I know for a fact that Misty made up the whole story and she has tried to make that clear to the D.A. and other assholes. She called up John Ellis first and told him first of what she had did. He had called back and said that the D.A.'s wanted me to take a polygraph test and she agreed.
She also called up the Adirondack Daily Enterprise to clear up the fact that she never told the police that she was held hostage for 8 hours at knife point. That was all Cheif Cole's doing. He made up that whole story that everyone read in the papers. What she told the police was that at one point during their arguement he had pulled a knife and threatened her with it.
She had a meeting with Derek Champagne along with 2 man-haters Sheila Rock and Deanna Courtnie (both work for (Comlinks). She told her story to them and Derek Champagne told her that just so that the police don't file perjury charges on her he would offer her to see Sheila Rock and a family therepist twice a month for 6 months for her "punishment" but then tells her that he does not believe her story. Meaning that her first srory is true. Now if he thinks that she is not lying well then why is he offering a "deal" so she won't get perjury charges?
He then tells her that if Brian does not plead guilty to the charges on December he will find a way to tack on felony charges to the ones in February in which he has already been charged (only with misdemeanors though).
Now on the second court appearence the judge was about to order a sentence for Brian for the charges in December. Well Brian did not even get to plead yet! Well, it got adjourned except for the judge ordering supervised visits between him and his 10 month old son. He was to make the call the next day to Ed Leary to set it up.
Well, it's been since the 4th of March since he has seen his son because the judge still has not talked to Mr. Leary (so Ed says). It is the 23rd of March. Court is set for the 25th. Now it has been in the papers that Misty asked for the polygraph. Which in one way is true.
The D.A.'s offered it to her first then she called back and sayed that she definetly wanted one so now they just say that she asked for one because they know that they have no case against Brian for that matter and the Judge, Cole, Delehanty, Champange are still trying to prosecute him.
Every time he calls Ed, he for some strange reason says he has not yet talked to the judge. Oh and also, in Derek and Misty's meeting he said that he had evidence. Misty asked what evidence because it is impossible to have any and he said with hesitation pictures but failed to have them with him.
Now really how stupid do these officials think people are. People know when they are being f***ed with.
And if any of you guys mentioned in this report read this, good because you are going down.
Oh one other thing, remember I mentioned that the judge told Corey and Brian that if they were in court again they will go to jail? Well Corey has been arrested 2 more times since then one for serving minors and only received a fine. Now he also had an ACOD on him too. I guess if your willing to suck it, you'll get away with it.

What kinda judge let's a drunk off a domestic violence, endangering the welfare of a child, & unlawful imprisonment off by telling him that, all charges will be dropped if he remained (promised) sober for 6 months. Come on. Get real This guy is a real alcoholic. He has not followed the agreement since day 1.
So how would Judge LALONDE know if he was staying sober since he is not on probation or even living in the same town. This guy was seen over the weekend staggering all over the park. It's pretty bad that his NEW girlfriend had to hold him up in order for him to walk.
So Judge LALONDE what are u going to do now?

I just found out who you are. I thought you lived over on my street so I wrote the last rebuttal thinking that.
Well well well, you don't. For your information Brian would not be here while I was. Now write all this down or jot it into memory. Brian worked at that time til about 5:00 then he would run to Sranac Lake and during that time maybe you noticed that the taxi would pick me up. Sick of the whinning? HOw the hell do know what I whine about?
I don't know you from a pile of s**t and you don't know me. Life is NOT as usual as you say and you don't need to know why. Did you just miss the whole point to the whole story that my friend wrote?
Well, here is something that you can gossip about since it is obvious that you do, I don't need to leave Brian alone cause we are going to be married in September. You are just like all the other idiots in Tupper Lake which the town is full of them. You don't see the point of the story.
The judge thinks he can set his own rules. Well its not going to work this time. So you just go tell that to the judge.

Dear Donna,
I, Misty, did not write the report to begin with but I know who did anyhow, I know yu do not care, you are just one hell of a nosey person just like the rest of Tupper Lake who wanted to be noticed so you wrote back.
Well, first of all, it is not HIS house it is MINE.
Second, you do not know what the hell goes on behind my doors. For all you know he could be upstairs or he could be doing me right there on the porch.
Third, you do not know me from jack or him and you sure in hell don't know what the f*ck is going on with this case. The whole point of the person writing this was to show that the court system of Tupper Lake is f*cked up and unless you are from a rich family hell unless you were born to one of the assholes that try to run this town, you are s**t to them and they don't care what happens to you.
You what and see Miss Donna, who comes out on top and I give it to the end of this winter. Some people will be richer and some poorer and alot without jobs but let me tell you that it won't be us that is poor or without a job so I will leave that to your own conclusion.
