Complaint Review: Judge Padilla

 The type of proof the judge is asking for is VIDEO eveidence. A blood test. A urine test. These are all examples of what they can LEGALLY take as evidence. You telling the judge that you walked in on her doing it, is just your word against hers. The judge needs GOOD SOLID evidence BEFORE he is going to take the child away from its mother. The courts will 95% of the time leave the child with the mother. You have to PROVE that she is doing drugs with one of the 3 suggestions provided. A nanny cam is one of the easiest.

Telling the judge that you saw her, or that she was arrested for possesion. IS NOT PROOF!!!! If she was in possesion of the meth but they did not drug test her. EVERYONE is percieved as innocent UNTIL proven guilty. So get some evidence that the judge WILL take. If you have any questions, talk with a cop!! They are oftimes MORE knowledgable then the judge.

Lastly, let he/she that is perfect please stand up. Ok so all the judge has done is show us the he is HUMAN!! Why would you expect a judge to be a better person then you?? There is ALWAYS more to the story then the snippet of information you have. Even in your own cases there is MORE to the story. So before you go blasting a judge, I want you to think of a few things.

First. Its a judge. As a judge this person can write out court orders. Court orders that can identify WHO you are on this site, spreading your particular brand of defamation. Not really a WISE idea to do. As most judges are part of the good ole boy club, what you say about one judge another is going to hear about. So be careful as to WHAT you post. The web is a media outlet and as such you can and will be held accountable for what you have posted. If this judge gets a hair up his rump over your posts, NOTHING will stop him from finding out who you are. YOU are NOT anonymous online. EVERYTHING you do is recorded somewhere. If you think it is not, you are stoned or need to be hit with a stone.

Second, he is only human. Judge or not, mistakes in judgment can happen. "Let he who is without sin throw the first stone" sound familiar? It should. Or better yet, "People in glass houses shouldnt throw stones". You guys are holding this person to a higher standard then even YOU live. Not really fair to do as no body is perfect, and we all know that NONE of us are so perfect that we can sit in judgment over others. So try and cut the guy a break. If you can sit there and tell everyone that you have NEVER made a mistake, then you have the right to judge others.

Third, have ANY of you tried just talking with the judge?? Maybe make an appointment? Ask the judge what evidence he would accept? Or did all of you pull the USUAL American Consumer BS? The judge doesnt listen to you so you get angry. Life is not TV. Justice is NOT Law and Order. These are REAL PEOPLE you are dealing with and you have to look past the robes and gavel and talk to the man. You have no idea WHAT a judge has to deal with and YOU are being HYPERCRITICAL to someone who if they chose to can toss you in jail and loose you. SO mind your manners, and try working WITHIN the system.

I also have problems with judge Padilla, I had walked into court with a petition to file for emergency custody on behalf of my 3 year old son. For about a year or so I have tried to get full custody of my 3 year old and emergency custody do to the fact that his mother is addicted to meth. I have been telling Padilla that she was using drugs which I had caught her doing so, so it caused us to split where I had taken action to file for emergency custody. Padilla asked what proof I had that she was doing drugs so I told him I caught her. Padilla denied my sons safety of coming home to a safe haven cus it was not enough proof. About a 2 months ago I walked into court again with another petition for emergency due to the fact that my sons mother was arrested at a motel with 2 baggies of meth in her pockets along with a pipe to use the substance. When I walked into the court room and spoke with Padilla that I needed my son to be with me so he can be safe away from drugs, Padilla asked what proof did I have that she was using drugs so I told him I have the police report and other documentations in my hand to show him. He said he didn't want to see the paperwork and I was outraged. He sent my son home to his mother where he was being neglected and uncared for. He didn't care what so ever for my sons safety. My son has been neglected for the past year or so and will continue to get neglected do to Padillas ignorance pride that he has and very bad judgement. My son had been living with different meth addicts and in danger due to Padilla! People ask me what judge in there rite mind would send a 3 year old home to a drug addict who is living from place to place? My son is probably asking himself the same questions?! I just pray my son is safe till the time being.....
