Jones also "hijacked" now retired Judge Kent Dawson's case. Jones has hijacked countless HOA cases, depriving homeowners of due process and property.
Jones hijacked my own HOA cases from other judges with the sole intent of wrongfully dismissing them without any due process, without any oral arguments, and without notices of hearings and orders.
Due to Jones' deprivation of honest services, and deprivation of due process (oral argument), deprivation of notice of hearings and orders - entry of default was entered against me.
JUDGE ROBERT C. JONES IS A BLATANT FRAUD & HIS JUDGMENTS ARE VOID.
I am sure the DOJ Public Integrity Section will catch up to him someday; hopefully, before too many more homeowners, investors, and other victims are defrauded, too.

Feel free to stay at this site and type in- STOP RUNNING RIPOFF, and click on Ripoff Report #269041 and read what is posted in Consumer Comment #3 entitled "Blame it on a Lawyer".
That consumer comment was posted thirteen months before the stock market crash and the collapse of the banking system in the USA. It appears to me that many of the lawyers in this country are protecting the corrupt individuals who run the corrupt corporations, but the truth was more powerful and when all the poop finally hit the fan in September of 2008 the collapse took place.
I hope that future generations will be able to look back and understand that the United States of America was a country whose foundation was built on lies, deception, fraud, manipulation, greed, trickery, deep corruption, and the constant pursuit to financially injure the innocent people living here and all over the world and that is precisely why the collapse took place in September of 2008.

Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto and Washoe County District Attorney d**k Gammick Refuse to Bring HOA Criminals to Justice!!!
Light on crime, hard on victims!
Embezzlement victim? Too bad. Fraudulent foreclosure victim? Too bad.
Look at Jones' record - not one case we could find that, ultimately, was in favor of fraudulent foreclosure victims!

Fact: Four months after that comment was posted the financial system in the USA collapsed and the stock market crashed. If you 'Google' this- NEW WARRANT SERVED IN CONNECTION TO PROSTITUTION RING, you can read about the Federal Judge in Denver who had ties to the escort service that catered to prominent people. I believe that judges, politicians, and lawyers were just some of those mentioned in the article who had ties to the escort service that was operating out of a home in Denver.
