Complaint Review: Judge Robert Headrick

In one sentence - Judge Robert Headrick dismissed a very badly needed order of protection. To explain further, the case was held on Oct 13 2011. There was an overwhelming amount of stalking and harassment WITH evidence. After he dismissed it, the stalker with a even bigger ego now, got bolder. The victims felt forced out of home and town. But it didnt stop there. The harassment grew to assault over county lines and sexual advancements to a minor. After taking this stalker to another court, this stalker showed no remorse and refused in court, to leave the victims alone.  A REAL judge granted an order of protection. Judge Headrick couldve & shouldve stopped this stalker with a simple order. Bottom Line. Instead, he protects the stalkers/child perverts/bullies/criminals of blount county. The worthless slime will stay where they are protected and he will be living amongst them.
