Complaint Review: Judge Ruben Rivera

Judge Ruben Rivera is a sad, sardonic, poor excuse for a human being.  He is racist and measures his accent with non-Hispanics, like I give a rat's behind that he is Hispanic.  He will also ask you what nationality your  last name is, as if that matters  .  He thinks it's funny to put a box of tissues out for the person seeking disability, so that you can wipe your tears.  He feeds on the real tears. He holds a grudge and will expect evidence only for the very reason why you missed a hearing and appealed and caused him embarrassment by getting the case remanded, or why you are appealing, only to smile and use it against you--even if it is substantial evidence.  The more disabled, the happier he is about denying you benefits. He will also act sympathetic and caring which makes him even more of an unprofessional piece of  garbage.

As for all the people who were denied benefits by that monster, my heart reaches out to you—I feel your pain and know what  terrible options are left.  I hope Ruben Rivera  becomes paralyzed and gets the same treatment he dishes out. 

They are not nice people in that adjudication office and treat you worse than a beggar--even if you have worked hard all of your life and even if it is your right to seek disability help.  They will treat your pleas and letters as a source of amusement, so don't try to appeal to them as if they are fellow human beings, because they are not.

  As for the Social Security Department  at large, it’s  just another way for the government to rip us off.   Go ahead!  Give our hard-earned money to the druggies, ex-cons, illegals and lazies, and people with corrupt  government-bribing lawyers!  That's what the government does best--especially down there!
